Use of Service

Waiz provides AI-powered travel planning tools including itinerary generation, real-time trip collaboration, expense tracking, and related features. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Content & Data

You retain ownership of the content you create in Waiz, including trip plans, itineraries, and notes. By sharing trips with collaborators, you grant them access to view and edit shared content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services: do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt or overload our systems, scrape or resell the services, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use Waiz to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions

Some features require Waiz Pro, an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. The current subscription options and prices are shown in the App Store, in your local currency, before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your Waiz account does not cancel the subscription — you must cancel it through the App Store.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can restore previous purchases at any time via Settings → Restore Purchase in the app.

Apple End User License Agreement

Your use of the Waiz iOS app is additionally governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement and control where they are stricter.

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are granted as free days of Waiz Pro and are subject to fraud checks. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. We may change or end the referral program at any time.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Waiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated itineraries and travel suggestions may be inaccurate or outdated — always verify bookings, opening hours, and travel requirements yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
